How does your service work?
FixPC4Me provides monthly, annual, and one time fix options for any computer problem including networking,
peripherals, software or hardware diagnosis.
You can contact us via our service ticketing system or call
We determine the nature of your problem and provide an exact cost for repair (if a one time fix). Support
for subscribers is included in their monthly or annual plan.
A support technician is assigned your ticket number and will use remote control software to access your computer
to resolve the problem.
You can watch the technician repair your PC or just relax. An email is
dispatched to you explaining what was wrong and how the problem was resolved.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If we do not correct your computer problem then 100% of your payment is immediately refunded.
We escalate unknown issues to senior technicians and go to any and all lengths to identify
and resolve each and every problem.
What are the requirements for support with FixPC4Me?
Your computer must be able to boot (start), must have a broadband Internet connection (cable or DSL), and
you must have access to your system's admin account to be able to install software and configure the computer system.
Is your system automated where I will be typing in responses to some computer when I call you?
No. Our services are provided by live technicians that are experienced, friendly, and willing to help you resolve any
problem you have as efficiently as possible. If all technicians are busy your voice mail (or support ticket) will be
promptly answered by a live technician in the order received.
How long is your response time?
Technical support is provided in the order it is received. If you want a one time fix, you will not wait at all
once quoted and we receive your payment. Generally, the wait time is short (under one hour).
How does remote control support work?
We provide software that installs with 3 clicks on your computer. The software uses 128 bit encryption
for security and enables temporary remote control of your computer. The software removes itself after the
tech support session is concluded. Monthly and annual subscribers agree to permanent software installation.
What do you do with my personal information?
We respect your privacy. Information collected about you including name, telephone numbers, email addresses, or
anything else will not be sold, rented, leased, or provided to any outside company for any reason.
We use this information for identification purposes to provide a service to you.
